Okay, here's a link to a recipe for my favorite pie of all times. It is from the I AM GRATEFUL recipe book that features recipes from
the raw restaurant Cafe Gratitude. Terces and Matthew Engelhart opened a few Gratitude locations in the bay area and they have since grown into a regional chain with 6 thriving locations. How's that for success! You can find them in San Fran, Berkeley, San Rafael, and somewhere in southern CA (can't remember). Look them up. Check out how cool their restaurant concept it. See WHY they are vibrantly flourishing. And go eat there as often as you can.
