Happy Food Year!


Although I will be taking a food break for a bit, my daughter is currently in the kitchen.
Violet made these raw chocolates this morning. She is three years old.


Raw Chocolate Truffles (Violet style)

1 cup raw almond butter
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/3 cup raw cacao butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 t salt
2 t vanilla

Process all ingredients in a food processor briefly, just until mixed.
Spoon into mini-cupcake liners, sprinkle chopped pecans on top, and freeze.
Simple enough? A 3-year-old can do it!
Takes 15 minutes. They'll be gone in 15.
